Our Yosakoi caviar, processed at BELUGA, is not frozen or pasteurized. Its velvety texture melts alongside your body temperature, offering an exquisite taste.

Please note, "fresh" does not only mean freshness; it's a title reserved for non-frozen, non-pasteurized caviar, indicating authenticity. Creating real fresh caviar requires extensive experience, precise techniques, and a suitable maturation period to achieve a smooth and rich flavor.
